Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect with a focus on Design Management for their hospitality projects in Mumbai, India. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of hospitality projects, from initial design through to operational improvements.
You'll be responsible for keeping project schedules and budgets on track, coordinating with various internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are managed efficiently. This includes tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and supporting procurement and budget updates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with significant experience in the real estate sector, particularly within hospitality and international hotel brands. A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction, possibly with a postgraduate qualification in Project Management, is required.
