The company is looking for a Design Architect to lead projects from the initial concept all the way through to the detailed design development. This role involves working closely with clients and other professionals to make sure that the creative designs also fit within the project's budget, timeline, and quality standards. In this position, you'll be responsible for developing architectural concepts and construction documents, primarily for high-end residential and light commercial projects. You will guide the design process from the first client meeting to the final sign-off, collaborating with consultants and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of architectural design experience, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficiency in design software and excellent communication and client management skills are essential. Experience with custom residential design and interior selections would be a plus. If you're ready to take the lead on exciting design projects, this could be the role for you.
