Job Description
The company is looking for a Revit & BIM Architect to join their team in Beirut. This role involves taking architectural designs from initial concepts all the way through to detailed construction documents, ensuring everything is modeled accurately in Revit. You'll be responsible for creating and managing Revit models, developing comprehensive drawing packages, and maintaining high standards for model structure and detailing.
A key part of this position will be creating and managing parametric Revit families and templates to streamline project workflows. You'll also collaborate with other disciplines, using tools like Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud for clash detection and coordination, ensuring a smooth design and construction process.
To be successful, you'll need expert-level skills in Autodesk Revit Architecture and a solid understanding of building assembly details. Experience with AutoCAD is also required, and familiarity with Navisworks Manage or Autodesk Construction Cloud would be beneficial. The company is seeking someone with a Bachelor's in Architecture and 4-8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years working with Revit on medium to large-scale projects.
