This company is looking for a BIM Architect to join their team in Beirut. You'll be working on developing and coordinating BIM and lighting design outputs throughout all project stages. This role is about translating lighting concepts into detailed BIM models and technical documentation, supporting design, sales, and project execution teams. You will collaborate with various teams to plan and develop integrated lighting design solutions, contributing to conceptual design and preparing comprehensive design and execution document packages. A key part of the job involves developing BIM models and coordinated lighting layouts, ensuring they align with other architectural and engineering disciplines. You'll also prepare detailed drawings and resolve design coordination issues to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in architectural lighting design and BIM. Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and lighting calculation software are essential, along with experience in 3D visualization tools. A good understanding of lighting systems and installation methods, along with excellent coordination and communication skills, will be important for success in this role.
