BIM Architect

Ohana Development

This company is looking for a seasoned Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join their technical department. The focus of this role is on the technical development and execution of architectural projects, rather than conceptual design. You'll be responsible for creating detailed construction documentation, coordinating with various engineering disciplines, and ensuring projects meet all technical and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in Revit and BIM will be crucial for developing and coordinating models, resolving clashes, and producing accurate drawings. The company works on high-end residential developments, so a proven track record in this area, particularly with luxury villas and apartment buildings, is essential. You'll collaborate closely with consultants and project teams to bring these distinctive architectural visions to life. If you have a strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and a keen eye for precision, this role offers the chance to contribute to significant luxury developments. Ready to shape the technical execution of exceptional projects?
