Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Associate to join their architecture team in Chennai. This role involves leading large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from the initial concept through to execution. You'll be responsible for guiding project teams, managing design delivery, and ensuring high standards of quality and timely completion.
You'll develop design concepts, create presentations, and produce detailed architectural documentation. A key part of the role is coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, as well as leading multidisciplinary coordination. Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, along with a good understanding of BIM workflows.
