Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect to join their Planning Section team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves reviewing design submissions and providing technical feedback in line with the authority's regulations, assisting the Asst Director – Planning & Projects Design.
You'll oversee the entire design process, from concept to construction, ensuring designs are functional, efficient, and compliant. This includes contributing to design initiation, space planning, and architectural direction, with a strong understanding of materials, construction, and urban context. You'll also act as a central point of coordination, liaising with internal teams, consultants, and government bodies to ensure smooth project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in architectural design and urban planning. Proven experience with UAE authorities' regulations and standards is preferred, along with strong project management skills and proficiency in Revit and Photoshop.
