Job Description
This role is for an Architect with a focus on BIM, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The position involves creating and coordinating BIM models and architectural drawings, working closely with various engineering teams on Data Center projects.
You'll be responsible for developing BIM models, preparing design and construction documents, and ensuring coordination with structural and MEP disciplines. A key part of the job is clash detection and supporting the design process from concept through to documentation, while maintaining BIM standards.
The ideal candidate will have a B.Arch degree and over 5 years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling, with a strong preference for Data Center project experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, along with a solid understanding of BIM workflows and coordination, is essential.
