Job Description
This role is for a Deputy Architect with BIM expertise, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company is looking for someone to develop and coordinate BIM models, prepare architectural drawings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, particularly for Data Center projects.
You'll be responsible for managing architectural BIM models, creating design and construction documents, and ensuring coordination with other engineering disciplines within the BIM environment. This involves performing clash detection and supporting project teams through all design stages, while maintaining BIM standards and quality control.
The ideal candidate will have a B.Arch degree and at least two years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, along with knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes, is essential. Experience in Data Center design is highly preferred, as are strong communication and coordination skills.
