Job Description
This role is for a Senior Project Architect with a leading real estate developer in Madrid. You'll be involved in new residential projects, managing everything from the initial design concept through to construction. This means you'll be coordinating multidisciplinary teams, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet all technical and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will cover urban planning analysis, developing preliminary designs, and overseeing technical documentation. You'll also play a part in defining the residential product, working on quality specifications and client customizations. During the execution phase, you'll collaborate with construction teams, manage budgets, and potentially act as the site manager.
The company is looking for someone with a degree in Architecture and at least five years of experience in residential development. Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and office applications are essential. Experience with BIM and managing multiple projects simultaneously would be a significant advantage.
