Job Description
This company is looking for an Architect to lead design for mission-critical data-centre projects. You'll be responsible for shaping layouts, drawings, and specifications, working closely with other disciplines from the initial concept through to construction.
The role involves developing high-quality architectural plans and details, adapting techniques as needed, and participating in design reviews to resolve any cross-discipline issues. You'll also support construction by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits. Mentoring junior designers and contributing to proposals and budgets are also part of the responsibilities.
To be successful, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, a valid PRC Architect license, and over 10 years of design experience. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, along with knowledge of Philippine building codes and experience with mission-critical facilities. Familiarity with BIM workflows and common data environments is a plus.
