Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect to join their team in Sarita Vihar, Delhi, India. This role involves leading complex architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with client visions and business objectives. You'll be responsible for providing technical guidance, overseeing the creation of design and construction documents, and making sure everything meets code and constructability standards.
You'll also be a key point of contact, collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors, and presenting proposals. A significant part of the role includes mentoring junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of learning and high standards within the team. Staying current with industry trends and technologies, including BIM, will be essential for driving innovation.
To be successful, you'll need a B-Arch or M-Arch degree, a licensed architect status, and over 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong track record of leading complex projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, visualization tools, and SketchUp is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. A deep understanding of building codes and sustainability principles is also important.
