This architectural design studio, with over 50 years of experience in the Irish market, is looking for an Architect to lead significant residential projects. They are known for setting the standard in residential architecture, balancing innovation with functionality for a diverse client base.
In this role, you'll guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and Irish Building Regulations. You'll be the main point of contact, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, while also overseeing site inspections and managing project documentation.
You'll need at least 5 years of experience, ideally in residential projects, with expert knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes. Proficiency in Revit and strong communication and leadership skills are essential for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and driving project delivery.
