This company is looking for a Project Architect to join their team in Langley, British Columbia. The role involves leading design on various projects, acting as a technical expert, and supporting the development of design staff. Experience with wood-frame multi-family projects is crucial for this position.
You'll be working with a talented team to deliver quality projects for private clients, developing project plans, and pushing design boundaries while meeting client needs. This includes coordinating with consultants, resolving technical issues, and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a B. Arch or M. Arch with at least 10 years of architectural experience, including 5 years in wood-frame multi-family projects. Strong Revit skills, excellent communication, and a forward-thinking approach to design are also essential.
