Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves leading architectural design development from the early stages through to construction documents. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and technical compliance of designs while coordinating effectively with structural, MEP, and other project teams.
Your day-to-day will include reviewing drawings and specifications, resolving BIM clashes using Navisworks, and preparing Bills of Quantities. You'll also be involved in client meetings and presentations, monitoring project progress, and supporting value engineering efforts. The company values technical excellence and expects you to mentor junior team members.
To be successful, you'll need a degree in Architecture and at least five years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, D5 Render, and Photoshop is essential, along with a solid understanding of international building codes and experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
