Job Description
The company is looking for an Architect to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate their vision into detailed working drawings, ensuring timely finalization of designs. You'll be responsible for creating space-efficient floor plans, developing building elevations that meet client requirements and budget, and ensuring all designs comply with local building regulations.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing client presentations for project approvals, managing and developing Revit libraries to improve workflows, and generating accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) using Revit for costing and planning. You'll collaborate with internal teams like Sales and Operations, as well as external consultants, particularly structural engineers, to ensure designs are both cost-effective and compliant.
To be successful in this role, you should have a B. Arch. and/or M. Arch. degree with at least 3 years of experience in designing floor plans, elevations, and concepts. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, including the ability to develop Revit families and maintain libraries. Experience with Sketchup, Photoshop, and AI tools is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.
