Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Architect to join their team. You'll be responsible for coordinating BIM models during the planning and tender phases, ensuring quality and accuracy. This includes checking quantities and integrating specialist planning. You'll also help develop project-wide BIM standards and guide other BIM modelers.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least five years of experience in execution planning. Strong Revit skills are essential, with knowledge of Rhino 3D and AutoCAD being a plus. Experience with AVA software and good German language skills are also required.
