Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Master Planner in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves creating master plans, design packages, and technical documents, ensuring they meet project needs and company standards. You'll be collaborating with various teams like architecture, landscape, and infrastructure, and contributing to tender documentation.
To be successful, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a similar field, with at least 8 years of master planning experience. Strong skills in Revit and BIM workflows are essential, along with experience in large-scale developments across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare sectors. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is also a requirement.
