Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation, while also coordinating closely with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. You'll be involved in design reviews to ensure everything aligns with project needs and local regulations, and will support the submission and approval processes for authorities.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in Revit and BIM workflows are essential, along with experience on large-scale projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare sectors. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is also a requirement.
