The company is looking for a Project Architect to join their Vancouver team. This role involves leading design on a variety of projects, from commercial and mixed-use to healthcare and industrial buildings. You'll be responsible for the entire design process or act as a technical expert, working on multiple projects of varying complexity. A key requirement is experience with defence projects. You'll collaborate with talented architects and technologists, developing project plans, meeting client needs, and managing project teams. This includes coordinating with consultants, resolving design issues, and overseeing client relationships. Site reviews and construction administration will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a B. Arch or M. Arch, at least 10 years of architectural experience with a minimum of 5 years in defence projects, and holds provincial registration and Secret Level clearance. Strong Revit skills, experience leading projects over $25m, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.
