Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Architect to manage the design and construction of city buildings and facilities. This role involves leading a project management team, developing project programs, budgets, and schedules, and overseeing consultant work.
You'll be responsible for reviewing plans, specifications, and construction sites, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors, as well as clear communication with city staff and the public.
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and five years of relevant experience are required. While a Texas Architect license is preferred, you'll have one year to obtain it if hired.
