The company is looking for a BIM Author specializing in Architecture to join their team in Beirut. This role involves creating detailed architectural BIM models and producing construction documentation for projects managed from their Houston headquarters. You'll be working closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to model development up to LOD 400, and ensuring model accuracy and consistency. This position requires advanced Revit skills and a solid background in architectural BIM modeling, construction documents, and detailing. You should be comfortable incorporating design changes and supporting interdisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle. A keen eye for detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative setting are essential. If you have at least three years of professional BIM modeling experience, a degree in Architecture or a related field, and are proficient in Revit, this could be a great opportunity.
