The company is looking for a BIM Author for their Architecture team in Beirut. This role involves creating and managing detailed architectural BIM models, ensuring they meet project standards and design intent. You'll be producing various views and documentation, updating models as designs evolve, and working with architects and engineers to resolve clashes and ensure accuracy. Your day-to-day will include preparing documentation for permits and construction, assisting with quantity take-offs and scheduling, and contributing to BIM workflows that link design, cost, and timelines. You'll also be involved in quality checks and improving digital design processes. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong skills in BIM authoring tools like Revit, with experience in 3D modeling and documentation. The ability to translate architectural concepts into coordinated models and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams is key.
