Job Description
The company is seeking a Systems and Research Architect in Bengaluru, India. This role is focused on improving how the studio operates, not on project delivery. The goal is to define and build the internal systems and infrastructure needed to ensure consistent quality across all projects and team members.
The architect will be responsible for standardizing internal processes, documentation, and data systems. This includes mapping current workflows, creating standards for drawings and naming conventions, and developing process frameworks from concept to handover. They will also build detailed Excel trackers and dashboards for project management and research best practices and materials to create internal knowledge libraries.
A key part of this role involves exploring how AI tools can be integrated to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. The architect will identify suitable tools, pilot them, and develop protocols for their use, ensuring data handling and client confidentiality are maintained. Training the team on these new tools will also be a responsibility.
