Job Description
This role is for a Senior Consultant and Lead Strategist focused on workplace consulting. The company is looking for someone to act as a strategic advisor to C-suite clients, bridging organizational vision with physical space. You'll lead a "Strategy-First" approach, using data, culture, and operational efficiency to guide real estate decisions.
You will oversee the entire workplace consulting lifecycle, from initial intelligence gathering and hybrid modeling to design oversight and change management. This involves conducting diagnostic assessments, facilitating executive workshops, designing stakeholder engagements, and utilizing predictive analytics for future-state space requirements. You'll also develop space programs, national playbooks, and support clients during the design process.
The position requires 10-15 years of experience in workplace strategy, interior design, or management consulting, with a degree in a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit or 3D modeling skills being a significant asset. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel for data analysis and visual communication are also needed.
