The company is looking for a Commercial Technician specializing in liquid waterproofing systems. This role involves growing the business and providing technical support for their waterproofing solutions. You'll be working with a variety of clients, including specialized applicators, construction companies, and engineering firms, on both national and international projects. Your day-to-day will include developing commercial strategies, building relationships with applicators and project stakeholders, and offering technical advice and project specification. You'll also provide on-site support, train clients, and identify new opportunities across different sectors like roofing, parking, industrial applications, and renovations. Collaboration with internal technical, R&D, production, and marketing teams will be key. To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 3-5 years of experience in liquid waterproofing, roofing, or flooring, with a strong understanding of polyurethane, polyurea, and cold-applied systems. A commercial mindset combined with technical expertise is essential, as is a high level of English proficiency and a willingness to travel internationally.
