This role is part of the pricing team for the Northeast region, offering the chance to combine the strength of a national organization with a dedicated regional approach. You'll be involved early on in complex housing projects, translating ambitions and design choices into realistic cost estimates and scenarios. Your expertise will help identify opportunities and risks, and you'll guide and mentor less experienced colleagues, contributing to the professional development of the cost estimating field within the company. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge abstract plans and concrete figures. You should have significant experience as a construction cost advisor, a deep understanding of cost drivers and market trends, and a degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
