The company is looking for a Design Agreements Specialist in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role involves managing the administrative aspects of professional service agreements for architectural, engineering, and specialized services during project proposal and implementation phases.
You will be responsible for preparing and modifying agreements based on corporate templates, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation, and managing the timeline for agreement finalization and signing. The position also requires updating progress reports and maintaining the consultant contract database in Salesforce.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or contract management role. Strong proficiency in contract processing software like Word, Acrobat Writer, and DocuSign is essential, along with a good understanding of general contract terms. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team, are key.
