This company is looking for an intermediate data architect to join their team in Montreal, Quebec. You'll be working on strategic digital transformation projects within the healthcare sector, focusing on data interoperability and clinical data modeling.
Your role will involve designing and governing data models to ensure reliable, standardized, and secure information exchange. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to improve clinical data flow and system interoperability, ultimately enhancing user and patient experiences.
You'll be responsible for profiling HL7 FHIR, defining Implementation Guides, and ensuring alignment with standards like HL7 v2 and CDA. Translating clinical needs into normalized data models and overseeing the use of clinical terminologies like SNOMED CT and LOINC will also be key.
