Job Description
The company is looking for an MEP Implementation Consultant to join their team in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. This role involves guiding clients through the adoption and optimization of their software solutions. You'll be responsible for delivering training, providing expert advice, and offering post-sales technical support to ensure clients get the most value from their investment.
Your day-to-day will include developing tailored training programs, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating helpful content like documentation and videos to empower users. You'll also support pre-sales activities by demonstrating the software's capabilities and technical expertise. Strong communication skills in both French and English are essential, as is a solid understanding of MEP BIM workflows and proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
