The company is looking for a Lead Consultant, BIM in Arlington, Virginia. This role involves using reality capture and digital transformation technologies to support complex facilities and infrastructure projects. You'll be creating high-quality 3D models and digital products, working closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals. You'll be translating reality capture data into coordinated Revit models and contributing directly to project delivery. Key responsibilities include creating accurate BIM models from laser scanning and photogrammetry data, processing point clouds for Scan-to-BIM workflows, and performing model coordination. You'll also apply BIM standards and recommend workflow improvements. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of BIM experience are required, with strong hands-on skills in Revit and AutoCAD. Familiarity with BIM coordination, digital delivery, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Scan-to-BIM workflows is essential. Good communication and collaboration skills are also important for this role.
