Job Description
This role is all about ensuring Hafeet Rail's projects move forward smoothly by managing crucial government and stakeholder approvals. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating with various entities to secure land, gather design data, and obtain all necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs). This involves working closely with internal teams and external consultants to navigate the approval process, ensuring no project timelines are disrupted.
You'll also play a key part in developing and maintaining the systems that track these NOCs, including the e-NOC and GIS platforms. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential, as will providing clear communication on progress and potential challenges. The company is looking for someone with at least five years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in both English and Arabic.
