The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator for Architecture and overall coordination. This role involves bringing order to models and processes, actively tackling coordination issues, and driving projects forward with a solution-oriented approach. You'll be working closely with project management, BIM management, and internal planning teams, participating in coordination meetings, and ensuring the BIM execution plan is followed. You will be responsible for the operational BIM coordination in general planning projects and the BIM coordination for architecture. This includes merging specialist models, conducting and documenting clash detection, and ensuring the architecture model adheres to structural, LOD/LOI, and attribute requirements. A strong understanding of model coordination and BIM processes is essential, along with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in BIM-based projects, a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, and proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit, coordination tools, and CDE systems.
