Job Description
This role is about guiding tenants through their fit-out projects at Expo City. You'll be the main point of contact, helping them understand the process from design submissions to the final handover. It involves reviewing architectural plans to ensure they meet the city's guidelines and regulations.
You'll work closely with various teams, including architects, engineers, and document controllers, to keep projects on track. This means coordinating approvals, resolving issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly for the tenants.
The position requires someone with a background in architecture or construction management, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in tenant coordination or fit-out management. Familiarity with UAE building regulations and the ability to interpret drawings are key.
