Job Description
This company is looking for a Sr. BIM Coordinator to join their team in San Jose, California. You'll be working with electrical, architectural, mechanical, and structural drawings to create coordinated electrical installations using 3D modeling.
Your role will involve creating installation drawings and work packets for prefabrication, attending BIM and clash detection meetings, and managing multiple jobs independently. You'll also be responsible for coordinating electrical room layouts, conduit routing, and generating clash tests and reports using Navisworks to ensure constructability.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of related experience, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD. Experience supervising large commercial electrical installations is a plus.
