Job Description
The company is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. This role involves supporting the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
You'll be responsible for tasks like preparing work plans, assisting with tender processes, and maintaining project files. This includes updating contract drawings, managing subcontractor meetings, and ensuring project management software like Timberline is up-to-date. You will also help with expediting shop drawings and assembling operation and maintenance manuals.
The ideal candidate will have an Architectural Technology Diploma, Engineering Degree, or equivalent, along with 2-5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Timberline, and BIM software.
