Job Description
This role is for an experienced BIM Coordinator and Revit & AEC Specialist. The company is looking for someone to lead digital processes on complex construction projects. You'll be combining advanced modeling skills with coordination responsibilities, ensuring model quality, streamlining communication between disciplines, and optimizing workflows within the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
You will manage BIM coordination, set up and maintain complex BIM models according to standards, and conduct regular clash detection and quality checks. Additionally, you'll be responsible for high-quality technical design in Autodesk Revit and managing Autodesk Forma as the project's Single Source of Truth. You'll also act as a technical point of contact for colleagues and external partners, sharing your expertise to elevate the BIM level within the organization.
The ideal candidate has a demonstrable HBO/WO level of education and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Expert knowledge of Autodesk AEC, including building smart families and templates, is essential, as is extensive experience with Autodesk Forma (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination). Strong communication and analytical skills are also key.
