This role is for a BIM Coordinator on a major infrastructure project extending the Eglinton Crosstown LRT into Mississauga. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the digital delivery of this significant transit expansion. Your focus will be on developing and implementing BIM processes throughout the design and construction phases. This includes contributing to the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing information workflows within the Common Data Environment. You'll coordinate with design partners, review models for quality, and perform clash detection to resolve conflicts. The position also involves supporting model development during construction, performing quantity take-offs, and integrating laser scan data. You'll also provide BIM training to the project team and ensure data integrity across various project tools.
