Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Coordinator with a focus on MEP. You'll be working with a well-established consultant that has been around for over 30 years.
Your main role will be to ensure BIM workflows are understood and applied throughout the project, especially for MEP systems. This involves managing BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud for document control and collaboration, and reviewing MEP BIM models for accuracy against project standards. You'll be using Revit to create and update MEP models and Navisworks for clash detection to resolve conflicts between different disciplines.
You'll also be responsible for preparing MEP drawings and deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinating with architectural and structural teams, and supporting client coordination through presentations and resolving design queries. Experience with residential and hospitality projects, particularly in MEP modeling and coordination within a multidisciplinary BIM environment, is key.
