Job Description
This role is for an IDD Coordinator in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. The company is looking for someone to support the team with digital integration across various project disciplines, using BIM data to enable digital construction.
You'll be involved in document production, CAD work, and 3D modeling. The position also requires supporting the development of algorithmic processes and scripting, as well as 3D model coordination and clash detection. You'll also help with system setup, manage model uploads, and ensure alignment with project standards.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, with 2-3 years of BIM/CAD experience. Familiarity with Connected Data Environments, 3D and 4D information modeling, and software like Revit, Civil 3D, Fuzor, and AutoCAD is highly desirable. Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
