You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model integrity and smooth digital workflows. You'll be responsible for managing BIM processes using tools like Forma Construction Cloud, Revit, and Navisworks. This includes creating and maintaining families and templates, reviewing BIM Execution Plans, and ensuring Revit models are accurate and consistent. You will also lead clash detection efforts and facilitate coordination meetings. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a BIM/VDC coordination role, with strong proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Forma Construction Cloud, and Navisworks. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is also important, as is a solid understanding of BIM principles and how different disciplines interact.
