Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves managing BIM/VDC processes throughout construction phases, offering guidance on BIM technologies, and ensuring client BIM requirements are met. You'll also be involved in design reviews, clash resolution, and QA/QC of design models.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in site execution of building projects, with a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Strong project management skills are essential for independent planning and timely delivery. Experience with Autodesk Inventor/Electrical and the ability to write automation programs are a plus.
