Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator in Pleasanton, California. This role involves managing MEP coordination and BIM processes, implementing workflows, and analyzing trade layouts to find coordination solutions. You'll act as the MEP Coordinator from design through construction, optimizing coordination efforts for cost-effective outcomes.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing BIM Execution Plans, leading BIM/VDC coordination meetings, and resolving clash detection issues using Navisworks. You'll also assist with RFIs, set up drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, and manage project files. The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, over 5 years as a BIM Coordinator, and a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and constructability.
