This company is looking for a Senior BIM Specialist/Coordinator to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. You'll be a key player in digital project delivery, leading BIM coordination for large-scale institutional, civic, and commercial projects. This role involves working closely with architects and consultants to ensure BIM excellence and high-quality model coordination. You'll be responsible for facilitating multidisciplinary coordination, performing clash detection with Navisworks and Revit, and ensuring models adhere to BIM Execution Plans. Developing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and Revit content libraries will also be part of your duties, along with supporting project teams and mentoring junior members. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field and at least 4 years of BIM coordination experience. Strong proficiency in BIM tools, particularly Revit and Navisworks, along with a solid understanding of BIM standards and construction documentation, is essential.
