Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in New Rochelle, New York. This role will support the BIM Manager on a significant infrastructure project, focusing on ensuring BIM contract requirements are met and facilitating coordination among design and trade partners.
You'll be involved in setting up clash detection, reviewing results, and translating them into actionable items. The position also requires generating progress reports, supporting the integration of Revit models for 4D/5D simulations, and performing quality control on BIM deliverables to ensure they meet specified LOD and LOI requirements. Collaboration with various project teams will be key to ensuring BIM deliverables align with asset management and as-built documentation needs.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in civil infrastructure projects and a minimum of one year in BIM coordination services. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of construction sequencing and the ability to interpret technical documents. Experience with Autodesk software, Navisworks, Synchro 4D Pro, and Revit would be highly beneficial.
