Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team on a significant infrastructure project in New York, New York. This role involves supporting the BIM Manager in meeting contractual BIM requirements, setting up and running clash detection, and generating progress reports.
You'll be instrumental in preparing Revit models for 4D/5D simulations and coordinating with project schedulers and leadership to align model data with construction sequencing and costs. A key part of the job is performing quality control on BIM deliverables and ensuring they meet asset management and as-built documentation needs.
This opportunity requires at least three years of experience on civil infrastructure projects and one year in BIM coordination. Strong skills in managing BIM updates, clash detection, and communication are essential, along with a solid understanding of construction sequencing. Experience with Autodesk software, Navisworks, Synchro 4D Pro, and Revit is preferred.
