Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Design Coordinator to join their team in Nanaimo, British Columbia. You'll be instrumental in coordinating the design process from start to finish, ensuring that project objectives and schedules are met.
Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and consultants, managing technical documentation through Procore, and optimizing the design for constructability and cost-effectiveness. A key part of this position is ensuring the proper implementation and use of BIM-VDC modelling.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or architecture, 5-8 years of design development experience, and specific experience with marine projects. Strong analytical, communication, and BIM-VDC modelling skills are essential for success in this role.
