Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves leading and supporting the delivery of multidisciplinary projects through effective BIM coordination, with a focus on architectural and interior design models. You'll be working closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include developing and coordinating BIM models, performing clash detection, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements. You'll also conduct quality checks, resolve design conflicts, and manage model exchanges. The company values a collaborative approach and a commitment to quality and aesthetic integrity.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3–7 years of experience in BIM coordination for architectural projects, a strong understanding of BIM workflows, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud is also beneficial.
