Job Description
This role is for a Senior BIM Coordinator focusing on architecture in Dubai. You'll be responsible for making sure architectural BIM models are accurate, coordinated with other disciplines, and meet project standards. This involves leading clash detection, supporting design teams with model management, and ensuring the quality and level of development for all architectural BIM deliverables.
You'll also help produce drawings and documentation directly from the BIM models and manage coordination meetings. A key part of the job is supporting the development and enforcement of BIM standards and providing training to the architectural team on Revit and BIM coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Architecture, at least 7 years of experience in architectural BIM coordination within a consultancy, and advanced skills in Revit Architecture and coordination tools like Navisworks and BIM 360. A strong grasp of BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination processes is essential, as is experience with BIM execution plans and quality control. Previous experience in the UAE is a plus.
