This role is for a BIM Coordinator focused on architectural aspects for a significant project in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for someone to manage and coordinate architectural BIM models, ensuring they integrate smoothly with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. This involves regular model reviews to catch conflicts and ensuring everything aligns with the project's BIM Execution Plan and client requirements. The position requires acting as a key BIM contact for the site team, consultants, and subcontractors, attending coordination meetings, and providing technical BIM support. A crucial part of the job is maintaining model quality, accuracy, and completeness, and supporting the creation of shop drawings and as-built models. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in architecture or a related field, with 5-8 years of BIM coordination experience, including at least two years on-site. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential, along with a solid understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and BEP. Experience with Middle Eastern projects is a plus.
